"Hello Leif, It is very rare that service companies are able to provide such a high level of customer service. I understand that products have issues and technology can fail however it is how the company handles these issues. From opening the service order for my main board issues to replacing my old jets and helping replace my electrodes under warranty you have gone on to make this a positive experience. I left my original Arctic Spa hot tub with my house that I sold 5 years ago as a selling feature and purchased a second one. If and when we decide to move again I look forward to another new tub. "Right from the first time we came into the store everyone did their utmost to answer any question we had. In fact you guys went out of you way to help us out. The hot tub arrived exactly the day we were told it would. There was a great crew there to get it set in place, get it going and explain everything to us. Something very important to us is after sale service. We have had many questions and I know we can call and our questions will be answered. I hit a deer on my motor bike and have a bad back. I wish I would have bought the tub 2 years ago because it really does make a difference to my mobility and I can get a decent nightís sleep. I wondered if we were doing the right thing when we bought the aqua tremor sound system but after hearing it I am glad we did. The quality of sound is fantastic, and I do not have to worry about speakers being damaged by moisture. Everyone who has been in our spa has been very impressed. So far there has been very little difference in our power bills. Obviously by the way they are insulated the heat from the motors helps heat the tub too. We looked at different spas before making the decision to purchase and Arctic Spa. We have without a doubt made a best buy. Thank you all so much for everything you have done to make this a very enjoyable experience for us. We have a quality product that we will enjoy for many many years."

"I have been dealing with Chuck and his employees at Arctic Spa for the past two years. I always receive a friendly smile and they know me when I walk in the door. We do not have an Arctic Spas tot tub. In fact our tub was purchased by my husband at another hot tub dealer within the city. Our initial experience with our new tub was not good. Skin allergies to the chemicals and trouble keeping the tub balanced made it impossible for us to use it. I became very frustrated with the lack of customer service and knowledge I was receiving for the dealer that our tub was purchased from. Because of frustration, I went to Arctic Spa. I talked to Chuck and one of his employees. They were both very informative and helpful even though I did not have one of their hot tubs. Arctic Spas was able to help us through the difficulties we were having and allowed us to use our rub again. Chuck and his staff put the joy back into owning a hot tub. Since then, I have been buying my entire hot tub supplies form Arctic Spas. I have always received friendly helpful service. I have, and will continue to refer anyone I talk to, to Arctic Spas."
